Feb 16: Let Me Take That For You: Exploring Submission
VIRTUAL: Sunday February 16 at 7–9pm ET / 4–6pm PT. Class recordings will be available to students who register in advance.
Part of the Playing With Power series, which includes 3 other classes. You can register for the full series here.
About the Class
What do we gain when we give up power? This class — for doms, subs, switches, and the curious — explores submissive desire as a rich combination of active, passive, leading, following, being brought down, and being lifted up. We’ll begin by mapping our desires, including our desires to please our partners, and then dig into four major themes in submission — being useful, being passive, being reduced, and belonging — and how we can use them in practice.
This class includes several exercises that we’ll do as a group or in breakout rooms, depending on class size.
This workshop includes concepts from the Wheel of Consent® as presented by Dr. Betty Martin. I have not studied with Martin, but I adore her work. For more information visit www.schoolofconsent.org
Logistics
Once you register, you’ll receive an email everything you need to attend our live class. The recording will be sent to registered students once it’s available.
This class is $29, or $22 with early bird pricing if you register by February 9. If multiple people are attending on the same screen, please register separately!
Please note: The deadline for refunds is 48 hours before class begins.
